Refund policy

In accordance with the legislation governing distance contracts, products must be returned within 14 calendar days of receiving the package. In the above-mentioned situation, customers may return the purchased products within the above-mentioned period

Cosmetics

•    with the original label;

•    with all accompanying accessories;

•    without signs of use, without any signs of damage or wear;

•    without damaged packaging or scratches;

•    sealed;

If the returned product was accompanied by a gift, that gift must also be returned. When returning a set or kit, all components of the original set must be returned. Incomplete sets will not be eligible for a refund.

Kodi Professional shall refund the customer the amounts collected for the returned products within 14 calendar days of receiving the return notification and the products, based on the return form completed by the customer. The return form must include the customer’s details and bank account information.

The customer is responsible only for the direct costs associated with returning the products. The amount refunded to the customer does not include shipping or return costs, but only the purchase price of the product. All returned products for which a full refund is issued must also meet the conditions mentioned above.

We reserve the right to refuse a return in the event of repeated returns by the customer and if the returned products do not meet the return conditions set above.
